We've had a 2nd gen Google Nest Battery Camera since Sept. 2021. Perhaps since ours is plugged in with the optional power cable, it's been online and "Live" ever since. Of the listed issues, the only one we've noticed is #4; the camera does not do well at detecting events at night--but records them because it is plugged in and we have a Nest Aware Plus subscription. And regarding #5, the 2nd gen cameras and doorbells cannot be accessed from the Google Nest app by design.
