Nest Cam history shows my last viewed event and nothing since

I last viewed my camera history on Dec 30th. I've since had several events. I know because I get notified when my dogs are outside in the yard. It's Jan 3rd and I went to check on a recent event in camera history and it isn't showing any recorded event since the one I viewed on Dec 30th. This isn't correct.

Is there a fix? The one time I actually needed to review the history and I've got nothing. This is frustrating.

My history has suddenly disappeared even tho I’m on a 30 day trial with 2 battery operated nest camera - it says no recorded history even though I’d watched  it for a week. Is it gone?
