I am sorry to hear that your camera shows it's connected to another Home! I understand how upsetting this may be, and I'm happy to assist you with this. Have you moved recently? Or do you have multiple homes? Also, I would make sure that you're logging into the correct Google account, as that could be why you are seeing that message.
