Nest Cam (indoor, Wired) Connection

I am curious.

We use our wired indoor camera as our baby monitor to keep an eye on the little one while she's asleep.

We are looking at going on a short family weekend away and I was wondering if, as long as there is a wifi connection, will the camera operate as normal on a different WiFi network and outside of our home and home WiFi?

Generally, you have to do a factory reset in order to switch the Wi-Fi network for a Google Nest camera or doorbell:
