Hello, hoping someone can assist with what I'm assuming is a simple issue I'm just not catching. I was just added to my family Home and our front door camera shows up in the Google Home app on my iPhone but it says it's offline. Everyone else in my family sees the camera on their iPhone Google Home app as online and can view the video stream and can activate the 2-way communication. We are all connected to the same home wifi as the Nest cam.
Is there a setting somewhere in the Home App that I need to activate?

Hey R_C,
Oh no! Let's see what's going on. What is the iOS version of your phone? Have you tried force closing the Google Home app, then restart your phone? Also, try reinstalling the app to see if that helps. Keep us posted.
Thanks,
Archie

i have the same issue as do apparently thousands of others. Your suggestions didn't work. I'm just going to cancel the service it shouldn't be this difficult in 2022. This Help Forum is ridiculous.

Hey bsth41,
This is not the experience we want you to have. Let's see what's going on — what phone are you using (Android, iOS)? When did you first encounter the issue? Does this happen often? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
Thanks,
Archie
