Nest Camera History Filter - Can't filter by zone? - Incorrect notifications

I tried setting up zones but don't see a way to filter for them.

Not sure why there is no way to filter when looking at main camera page?

You have to go to the three bar icon in the lower right, then select History. 

Once there, I don't an option to filter by zone.

It's also very slow, wanting you to slowly scroll through each day, waiting for it to update and see if there is an event matching your filter. It would be nice to get a list of days with a match.

I also get zone notifications from outside the zone.

Your post says "Nest app (Android)", but it also says "Nest Cam (battery)". If you have a Nest Cam (battery) and are using the Google Home app, the Google Home app unfortunately does not provide a filtering capability (unlike the Google Nest app with 1st gen doorbells and cameras).

I use the Google Home app and the Nest app depending on the camera.

I just got the Nest Cam (battery) so I use it with the Google Home app and it has filtering options in the History area but nothing for zones. Seems crazy no to be to filter at all and or not by zone.

The other issue is that notifications for outside the zone are off but I get them anyway.

We do NOT get notifications for events outside the zone on our battery camera, but I've seen other posts from customers saying that they do; I don't know why.
