Hi! I recently received a new modem and wifi from Spectrum Internet. I am unable to connect the nest camera to the new wifi. (It’s been connected for the last 2+ years with no issues) I was able to reset and add my Google doorbell and Google thermostat but the camera isn’t working still. I even tried buying the Google wifi and that will not connect to the new Spectrum modem. Please advise.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What message are you getting when you try connecting your camera to the Wi-Fi network? Also, how far is your camera from it?
