Nest Camera can't setup on Nest App

Hi 

My nest app keeps stopping on the " choose the last 4 digits of your camera's serial number"

When I arrive at this step nothing pops up and can't type anything. There's no way to do what it's asking

The Nest gen2 doorbells are not setup in the Nest app. Use the Google home app instead.

I'm not talking about the doorbell but nest camera wired gen 2

Sorry for the confusion, I mentioned the nest doorbell because your post is labeled with "Nest Doorbell (Wired Gen 2)". Anyway, regardless of which Gen 2 camera you have, you need to use the Google Home app to set them up.
