Nest Camera died?

Average-Joe

Hi,

I was resetting my Nest Camera to factory setting. At first, even after pushing the reset button at the back, the green light stayed on. Afterward the light just went out. I tried to reconnect the camera power, it started with white blinking light, then it gave no light. (Shouldn't it turn blue light?) Is my unit faulty? I have purchased it for 2 months and I am wondering who I can send this to for repair? (I believe it is still under warranty)

Thanks!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about that. Let's check this further.

A few questions — what type of Nest Camera are you using? Are you using the provided power adapter and cable? Are there any damages in the cable or power outlet?

Keep us posted. You can also check this article on how to Restart or factory reset Nest camera.

Best,

Steve
