Nest Camera - how to see events more than 3 hours old?

AG123

I am trying to access any history on the Google Home app from my camera and it only provides history of 3 hours.  I need to see yesterday's activity.  Is it stored somewhere?  How can I access just 24-48 hours ago?

If I can't access it now, how do I change it to store History longer than 3 hours for the future?

Thx!

@AG123

On the newer Google Nest cameras and doorbells, without a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription, you get event video history only for the most recent 3 hours:

Hi there,

Thanks for your help, MplsCustomer. I apologize for my late response, and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I would suggest subscribing to Nest Aware. Here is a great link on how Nest Aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription.

Best regards,

Brad
