Nest Camera issues

My best camera is recording but when I click on the photo to view recording, the blue circle just spins like it's looking for the video. I reset all the cameras and reset WiFi but still nothing. Any suggestions?

I recently have a lot of issues with videos not loading as well, with the blue circle/square stuck in the middle of screen.

Try using Nest or Google Home website and check if the video recording is still loading.

  • Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app?
  • Is your WiFi router or access point within a reasonable range (1 to 15 meters or 3 to 50 feet) from your Nest Cameras?
  • Does the live video function without any difficulty?
  • Does this happen with all the Nest Cameras at your location? Can you please specify the models of your devices?
  • When waiting on the video history screen, do you receive any error messages?
  • What are your upload and download speeds near your Nest Cameras?
