Nest Cameras offline

Mis camaras nest 1ra y 2q generacion dejaron de funcionar despues del problema mundial del 19 de julio. Permanentemente estan parpadeando azul yvdicen sin conexion. Ya quite lis dispositivos y cuando las configuro de nuevo marcan el error C223

• What model of Nest cameras do you have?
• How many Nest cameras do you have?
• How far are the cameras from the router?
• Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the Nest cameras?
• What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
• Have the cameras ever successfully connected to this network?
