Hi,
I am trying to install my NEW Google Doorbell (Battery). All seems to install fine until I unplug the doorbell from the (USB-C) power supply. In the next step the doorbell image must show on the screen of my phone. The screen shows that the doorbell is "OFFLINE"
The doorbell itself doesn't show any lights. (battery is fully charged)

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. Please let me know if this has a change on your doorbell.
Best regards,
Brad

Hi Brad,
Thx,
Finally I managed to connect the Google Doorbell to WiFi via my wife's iOS (iPhone 13).
Unfortunately, it didn't work with Android.
But everything seems to be working now.
Thanx again
