Nest Doorbell 2nd Gen- Lock Screw size

Was installing a 2nd gen Nest doorbell (wired). Was putting in the locking screw as final step and it fell to the ground and bounced off the steps- cannot be found. Anyone know the sizing/style of the locking screw (not terminal screw or screws for the wall- the one that goes into the top). Or where I can buy a replacement? Thanks!

If you still have the box and packaging it should have come with an extra one.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. @Ericrm is correct, you should have extra screws in the box. Do you happen to still have your original packaging?

Best regards,
Brad
