Nest Doorbell Battery (2nd G) is EASILY FRAGILE?

Hi,

My Nest Doorbell (Battery, 2nd Generation) was purchased a year ago and completely useless because the doorbell is out of HOME network. The major issue should be the battery with my guess. In this morning, I contacted Google customer center and communicated over 1 hour long. Google customer center asked me all kinds of questions to check Nest Doorbell technical conditions. Later, the customer center asked me the photograph of my Nest Doorbell, actually, I owned to see plus, asked me to see the purchase receipt. Then, all of this LONG, LONG, LONG, painful process, the customer center service person said, "my warranty period" is OVER. She can help NOTHING. Is this Google treating their customers? The battery powered Nest Doorbell is SO EASILY out of order.

What I and my wife are upset, the attitude of Google Nest service center. We treated like a **bleep** Dog.

Now, I understand why Google is LOSING AI competition with MS because Google is SO ARROGANT.

Please DO NOT BUY Google Nest Home Products. You will treat like a **bleep** Dog like us.
