I have a nest doorbell battery purchased in January 2023. My doorbell dislodged from the mount and fell to the ground, breaking the lens. I can see that this appears to be a known issues as there are several posts on here stating the same problem. I am attempting to make contact with support to request a warranty claim however I am having ongoing problems making contact. I have tried the call back option however every time I receive a call back I get the message “Sorry about this, I couldn’t connect your call” I have also tried live chat but every time I try this option, no matter what time of the day it is, I am prompted to “try again during support hours” I’ve emailed support but apparently they do not have “enough tools to assist with this issue” I am now at a loss as to what to do.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
