Nest Doorbell (Battery) Wont Reconnect

Hello,

 

I installed my Nest Doorbell Battery today and it was working great. I had to remove it from my google home App as I wanted to login to my shared home with my wife.  Upon reinstalling the doorbell it will not pair.  I have followed the exact same steps as earlier but the light never turns blue to pair and it gives me an error.  I have done a factory reset twice, turned off my router for 10 minutes and it still will not fix the issue.

 

Has anyone had any success to reinstall this doorbell and connect?  This issue seems to be persistent.

I have same problem except I bought a new router and did a reset on my nest doorbell and white pulsing light is all the time, never turns to pulsating blue. Wont connect.
