Hi
Does anyone know, is there even a way to see if your partner has temporarily turned off the Nest Door Cameras. Aside from getting the normal notification your camera is offline. How do you see why it is offline I.e. someone in yiur house deliberately turned it off?

If you get notice of your camera being "offline", open the camera in the Google Home app and see if it shows as "offline" or "off". If it shows as "offline" it's either lost its network connection or lost power. If it shows as "off", it's been turned off.

I am the only person with access to my cameras. I have 12 cameras and have for over 2 years. They've never worked correctly or been fit for purpose unfortunately. 1 through to 12 any number combination goes offline and has constantly for the 2 plus years... Google have never been able to fix it or supplied an explanation... My wifi has been tested by my telco several times over that period as Google kept blaming my telco and my wifi connection. I have a disability and my telco have been great. Not so much Google... In my experience unfortunately expect this offline dropout to be the norm
