I connected my Nest Doorbell and all works fine with App, I am having an issue with the indoor house chime is not working. My chime has Front-Transfomer-Rear wire terminals, the existing doorbell wire is connected to Front and Rear with no wire at Transformer. I connected the puck to Front and Rear...should I have connected it to Front or rear and Transformer?

I don't think it would make sense for your existing doorbell to be wired to the Front and Rear terminals of your chime.
Do you by any chance have two doorbells, and are adding a Nest doorbell for one of them? If so, it would be wired as shown on the Help topic below, in the "One Nest doorbell, one standard doorbell, one chime" diagram.
Note that the "Two Nest doorbells, two chimes" diagram is mislabeled and should say "Two Nest doorbells, one chime", but Google Nest refuses to correct the label.

No only one doorbell. It's a new house so maybe an installation error... I'll switch the next to Transformer and see if that helps

That did the trick, the chime now rings.
