I am writing to raise a concern regarding my Nest doorbell, which is now peeling. Under the, Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. The peeling indicates that the product does not meet these standards.
I am therefore requesting a replacement of the doorbell in line with my statutory rights.
Please could you confirm how you will proceed with this matter?

Your best bet it so open an official support ticket so you can speak with a Google Person. Here is the link (Below). If you get any traction with this please come back here and report it as about 10,000 other people over the last 4+ years have reported this problem.
