Nest Hello Doorbell started peeling and the warranty period is over. I have read this is a known issue with the plastic cover. I recently chatted with support but only received a link to buy a new one. I don't really want to spend another $200 to replace the same thing if it will happen again. What are the recommendations for getting this resolved?
