Nest Doorbell- Replacing the battery none of us were aware of when buying this "Wired device"

Hello, I've recently discovered that our so called "Wired" nest doorbell has a battery inside of it.. I wish that it was stated on the package when buying this thing, I feel cheated.

Anyway,  I'm looking to replace this battery and don't see the best reviews on the replacement batteries on Amazon.

Has anyone had any good experiences replacing the battery with a good quality one?

Hello,  I'm an end user like you.  If your doorbell is still in the 1-year warranty then Google might replace it.   Or even if you want to try you can open an official support ticket here with this link:    https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

As far as battery replacement you might try doing a youtube search as there may be some DIY folks out there that have figured it out.
