Nest Doorbell Video

WORST GOOGLE UPDATE EVER:(

On the last Nest Doorbell update they shrink the doorbell video a lot. Now it's very limited and the only thing that you can see is just the face of the person who is at the front door. Now can't see the surroundings any more 😡

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, are you getting the same issue using a different mobile device? How far is it from your Wi-Fi router? When you pick video quality and bandwidth settings, you set the maximum video quality for your Nest Camera. It will automatically adjust video resolution and compression according to how much bandwidth is available. You may also share a screenshot of the issue here so that we can take a look at it.
