I will try and escalate this and get you an answer. However I have never seen cases where Google ever answers the "when" question. It is very very frustrating.

Yup, I'm still waiting too.

Hey everyone,
I understand how frustrating it can be. While the Google Nest Doorbell Wired 2nd Gen isn't officially available for purchase in Europe/UK yet.
We're always looking for ways to improve and bring devices to different regions. Keep an eye out for news and updates. Please don’t forget to submit feedback using the link provided.
I appreciate your patience.
Best regards,

Hello gmelanymelissa, I just want to chime in and say it isn't so much that it isn't available that is so agrevating. It is all the bad will the Google creates by not giving any further guidance. If for example it will not be happening anytime in the next year then please just say that so people can stop hoping and find something else that works for them. This goes for so many Google products across the board. I hope you can help educate Google how much their lack of communications is ruining their reputation with their customer base. The culture in Google REALLY has to change on this in my opinion. This canned response of "google is always looking to improve...." has got to stop because Google actions clearly say they are not looking to improve. ... just my opinion.

Hey @EmptyNester,
I hear you, it is frustrating. However, as Community Specialists we are limited in the information we're able to provide, especially when related to things like device releases, feature roadmaps, or country availability.
Please know that this feedback has been passed along, but I do not have any more information to share.
Thank you.
Melany

Thanks Gmelanymelissa, I'm not talking about community specialists. I'm talking about what I believe is a very flawed culture deep within Google that has lost the understanding of how it could do much better when interacting with customers. So many canned response say something like "we are always interested in improving.......". But the actions that have actually come out of Google in the Security Camera line in the last 5 years speak otherwise. Just my opinion and if you read as many threads on this forum as I have for the last 4 years this will be abundantly clear.
