I looked around here on the internet and I don't see anywhere that shows the specs on the screws. And buying parts form Google is almost impossible. I think your best bet is to put the doorbell in your pocket and head to the local hardware store and find some that fit. You don't really need the connecting wires. You can just screw the wires coming out of the wall directly to the doorbell.
