I have had my nest doorbell since April in June it went off-line. I have tried resetting it. I tried charging it when I plug it into the power source. It won’t even power up when I scroll through the Nest app. It shows it off-line if I go back far enough, it mentioned that the battery died, however the last record for the battery showed 68% eight months, and it will not charge. I have it plugged into multiple different cords and it will not power up at all no lights or anything

Hello, since this is just a user forum Google will not respond here. If your camera is still within the 1-year warranty then they might replace it for you. Here is the link to open an official support ticket with Google....
