Nest Doorbell battery won't reset

My father changed his WiFi network and all of the cameras went offline. I tried to remove them and reconnect them all individually but suddenly they all reconnected after I deleted our doorbell camera. I tried to factory reset it but it won’t, no matter how long I hold the reset button. I tried plugging it in but it still has a green light. It lets me scan the QR code, goes through 'setting up joining device', then on 'connecting to joining device', it stops and says "Something went wrong". Try connecting again. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your device or turning your phone's airplane mode on and off before trying again.” I even tried a different device. Nothing works. Should I wait for the battery to die or will I have to get a replacement?

Did you ever get the Doorbell to reset? Sounds like you're doing everything troubleshooting-wise that we suggest.

If not resetting and you've tried the steps linked multiple times, I suggest reaching out directly to Nest support.
