Nest Doorbell chime volume on Iphone

set up a next door bell and driveway gate.  works great for people to get in touch and camera is good as well.  Cant seem to figure out setting to turn up volume on my phone?  Would love to set it to a standard phone ring.  I can barley hear the tone if bust doing something.  is there a way to change the chime volume on my phone or better yet change the ring tone.   have gone thru google home app and nest app and cant seem to find a solution

With the latest iOS 17.2 release (as a result of many customer complaints), we can now set the Default Alerts sound to one of our own choosing under Settings | Sounds & Haptics on our iPhones.

The Google Home app uses the Default Alerts sound for all notifications, including doorbell presses on the 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell. The Google Nest app uses the Default Alerts sound for all notifications except doorbell presses on the 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell, which uses a non-configurable ding-dong sound.

The volume for all of these notifications depends on our iPhone's current volume setting.

(On my Apple Watch, all of these sounds become one non-configurable "ping" sort of sound.)
