Nest Doorbell is Peeling

My Nest Doorbell is peeling. It looks awful and I honestly get questions about it all the time. I have even had people tell me they purchased another doorbell because they saw how mine looks. I have been trying to get in touch with Google about the issue and can't figure out how to get to the proper people. Can anyone please help me so I can try to get my doorbell replaced as I am sure the doorbell peeling is not a 'normal' thing and is definitely not a good advertisement for Google Doorbells!
