Nest Doorbell not sending notifications

My Nest doorbell stopped sending notifications. Was working fine until a few days ago. Rebooted WI-FI and checked  connection. No problem there. Checked all settings on phone to make sure notifications were on. Closed Google phone app and logged back in. Turned phone off for several minutes and restarted. Restarted Nest doorbell. Cannot figure out what could be wrong. 

What good is Nest if you cannot see notifications?! I am really frustrated with this product. 

Any suggestions??

Same here. I got this issue after migrating to Google Home from Nest. No choice with settings as well.

Hey folks,

 

I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: is your camera in the Google Home app or Nest app? Is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on? Have you tried using a different mobile device to isolate the issue? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
