Nest Doorbell quick responses on WearOS / Apple Watch

We're a household with a mixture of devices - I've recently purchased the Galaxy Watch 4 running WearOS 3.0, another member of the family has an Apple Watch. When our new Nest doorbell is pressed by a visitor, the Apple Watch has the option to select a quick response. To my suprise the Android WearOS is just a basic notification, no image, no quick actions, nothing. 

Am I missing something here or has WearOS just been forgotten here? If it doesn't exist already can this feature be reviewed for WearOS to bring impartiality for Google Home/Nest on Apple Watch and WearOS devices.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Terribly sorry to hear that you are having troubles with WearOS and notifications. I would suggest if you can to restart both devices, and then try again. Make sure the firmware is up to date. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi Brad, I think there's been a misunderstanding regarding my original post. The quick responses for doorbell press events does not seem to be a feature on WearOS, only Apple Watch, can you confirm this? 

My request is that this feature be added for Android/WearOS devices.
