Nest Doorbell warranty

I have a Nest Doorbell that will no longer mount as the top plastic top is stuck in and will not come out. I have tried several times to fill out the warranty form as it is still under warranty but the page just keeps returning a form error and asking me to refresh. Has anyone been able to file a warranty claim for this?

I have the same issue with my doorbell. I successfully filled out the warranty form a couple of days ago but haven't had a response yet - do you know how long they are likely to take?
