Doorbell will not factory reset. Viewed similar posts, checked YouTube videos, tried all recommended solutions. No dice. I saw a reply in another post for a link to a form to complete to request a replacement. Purchased from Home Depot within last 3 months. Thank you for your help.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. What type of Nest doorbell do you have? What's the status light of your doorbell? Could you tell us how you factory reset it? Also, check out this link on how to Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell.

Wireless/battery; no light on although has charge; tried to by following instructions as noted in the link you provided.
When I try to factory reset, the chime doesn’t go off or light change colors no matter how long I have the buttons pressed.
