We got our Nest Doorbell - wired - a week ago, everything was working great until week after installation, when the doorbell camera just magically stopped working ... with no warning, no notification. Either buffering or glitching or not working at all ... we have done soft reset and factory reset, rebooted wi-fi, checked the transformer, checked the power, turned off or lowered some settings, it is not too cold or too hot, I even brought in to charge it via USB but it didn't like it and started chiming non-stop. We followed all the error codes it came up with, still nothing. We did everything they said to to in troubleshoot page, still nothing. You can ring the doorbell, no problem but nothing else works. Why did it quit after a week, why not an hour or day after if there is a problem. Perhaps some of you have had this issue and could help out. Thanks

... and it completely stopped working last night, it does have power as it is wired and we can see it is connected to wi-fi but yet nothing is going on. Not sure what to do anymore.

Unfortunately this problem hasn’t been solved. I was on chat with one of the support people last week for about 5hours and still nothing helped. They were really helpful though but nothing. Unfortunately I will have to send it back. Not sure why it worked only for a week. Thanks
