when I start conversation with person, nest doorbel is starting very loud echo. absolutely unusable.
Some time ago, it was working normally (year or so), so evidently firmware change.
If you cant fix it, i want full refund and go with other product.
Its basically removal of advertised function. And ignored resolution.

I hear cycling and boosting echo of the comunication, on the doorbell side.

Hello,
no problem is not resolved by that.
The re is still echo, product is unusable.
I am sure before some updates it was fine, can I force some older verson of firmware?
