I have a wooden house with an access point on the 1st floor, the Nest doorbell is at my front door (hehe) which is 3 meters lower but directly under the AC Pro.
Still, the doorbell has often connection issues. It does not connect or loses connection to the AC Pro.
I have a Fritzbox modem/router directly behind the Doorbell, and if I run on the wifi on that, the Doorbell works perfectly. I actually don't want 2 different AP working so close to each other but at least the doorbell works.
What is it with Unifi that can cause the doorbell to not connect/lose connection?

Everything seems to work flawlessly for now.
Normally it's said not to put Unifi on Auto settings, but after a long period of issues, now it seems to solve all issues.

The doorbell again disconnected.
Found the issue: make sure to connect only to 2.4GHz with a static channel! No auto channel!
My 5Ghz with the same SSID has auto channel, but my 2.4GHz is now with a static channel, and the doorbell works fine (on 2.4GHz)
I've locked the doorbell into 2.4GHz, since it does not even connect to 5GHz (while the doorbell should be able of 5GHz)
This should work.

Hi @Ronnielox
Found some topics related to the Nest Doorbell and Unifi issues.
Seems to be related to Wifi optimize features that are enabled on the Unifi part. 🙄

When setting everything on AUTO, the cam seems to work (for now). I'll test with these settings.
I'll get back when I have news.
