Hi all! I purchased the Nest doorbell wired from Amazon in July of this year. Didn't get it fitted till around September. It has now lost all power. Electrician has been and confirmed all ok with wiring/transformer etc. Contacted google, first person told me I was entitled to a replacement, then an email the following day saying no I'm not as google do not provide a warranty. So im now stuck £200 down and no doorbell. Anyone else had this issue at all?

Do you have the 2nd gen wired Nest Doorbell? Kindly share your case ID here so that we can take a closer look at what happened.
