Nest Doorbell (wired)

Wired doorbell no longer operating as expected.  The 2-way audio option does not work.  Also there is no audio or sound detection in live stream or recording.  How do I fix this issue? I completed a reset of the product four different times.  I have confirmed all alerts and options, still nothing.
