Nest Doorbell

Tried migrating to Google - what a mess! I need to reinstall my doorbell but before doing so im asked to remove it from my Nest account. Well, I no longer have access to my Nest account because Ive migrated to Google! How can I remove my doorbell from Nest account if i no longer have access?!?

What did Google say about their fool proof method of migrating when you contacted them?
