Nest Doorbell

Hello all!

We have had our nest products for several years now and I am just hoping there has been an update to the software to allow me to do what I am wanting. We installed our wired nest Doorbell on the same spot our previous doorbell was located. We had to install it sideways due siding. My question is, is there a way to change the way you view what you are seeing through the doorbell?

 i just want to be able to rotate what I am seeing automatically. I included this screenshot from my phone to hopefully help explain what I am going for..... Any hello would be awesome. Thanks

I have the exact same issue. Due to my siding dimensions/angles, as well as my desire to cover the existing screw holes from my previous horizontally-mounted doorbell, I had to install the wired Nest doorbell horizontally. I would love for the app. to offer the option to rotate the image of the doorbell camera, like it offers with the other Nest cameras.

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. It is not possible for the camera's view to be switched as this was not built into the device. I sure hope that does become something though! It sounds like it could be handy.
