Nest Hello Doorbell

Just moved into new home with a wired nest hello doorbell. Unable to achieve access to the camera due to the previous account holder/resident account utilizing this current camera. Attempted factory reset, but this did not allow me access to set up doorbell via my nest app/account.

Please advise.
