Nest Hello Peeling

So over the last month my hello has started peeling really bad. Seen there’s a few others that have had the same problem. Spoke to a lovely help agent who told me it’s only a month out of warranty but they can’t help. Is there nothing else that can be done? Not even a new face plate or something similar to replace? Any suggestions?
