Nest Hello Video Notifications Not Working

I’m not getting video notifications for my nest hello doorbell. Notifications for my nest cam outdoor are working fine. This issue is on an iPhone running iOS 26. I migrated these cameras over to the google home app after updating to iOS 26, so I don’t know where the issue begin. I saw a similar recent thread where folks were having this issue, but for them it appears to be solved, while mine continues. Any help would be appreciated.

This is concerning, especially since your Nest Cam Outdoor notifications are working correctly. No worries, help is here!

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to confirm the following:

  • Is the Google Home app up to date?
  • Have you tried using a different mobile device?
  • Are you able to see the live view through the Google Home app?
