So I moved in 2 years ago and tried to set up the nest hello doorbell cam to my own nest account but the device will not connect even though all the wiring is set up in the correct way. I keep getting the nc013 error when I try to link it to the app. Blue light is on, factory reset three times. What am I doing wrong?

So this information might might....
During setup, your Nest camera or doorbell will try to get Wi-Fi information from the other Nest product in your home. Your camera or doorbell will know there’s another Nest product in your home because it will find the product in the Home app or Nest app.
If your camera or doorbell can’t connect to the other Nest product, it won’t be able to get the information it needs to complete setup. When it can’t connect, one of these help codes may appear.
Here is the link to the full text including some trouble shooting tips.

If you use the SEARCH field on this Forum at the very top and enter error NC013 you will see a history of other people running into this error and what they did to try and fix it.
Another thing you might want to try is to use a different phone (Family or friend) to try and add the camera to you network. Some people have gotten past the problem by doing this.
Also Make sure that BLUETOOTH is enabled on your phone.
And finally you may want to call and speak with a Nest Tech support person. Here is the link to create a support ticket and this leads to a phone call. Be ready to spend about an hour as the trouble shooting can sometimes be lengthy. I believe they are there 24/7
