Nest Hello no connecting to devices

I have installed the nest hello doorbell and when I go to add it into the nest app, it will not connect to other devices in the nest app. I have tried to reset it several times (both ways). Everything is on the same wifi and I also have the nest doorbell battery currently working in the google home app l. Google home tells me to set up Hello in the best app and doorbell (battery) is installed on the home app. The error that I keep getting is " the app is having trouble connecting to the assisting Nest product - NC013 and NC024. 
I spent all day on Saturday with no luck.
Please help!
