Nest Hello peeling

Nest hello is peeling extremely bad, I do not want to upgrade to the new doorbell because of the aspect ratio… please help

Google typically doesn't offer a replacement if it's no longer under warranty, unfortunately. That said, you're welcome to contact the Google Nest support team who can check your warranty status and confirm.

  1. Select "Doorbell", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  2. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  3. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.

@RollTide 

For two of our peeling Nest Hello Doorbells, we bought silicone "skins" on Amazon to cover the peeling shards. Fortunately for us, the button and the camera lens were not peeling.
