Nest Hello will not work

Hello, 

We have recently set up our Google nest hello.  The video feed worked for about 5 minutes, but the chime to our old doorbell was continuously going off. The nest has stopped working and we can no longer even connect to it. Our old doorbell chime is still continuously ringing unless we have it in the off position. 

Our transformer is a 120V, and we have checked the wiring 3 times - it is exactly how the instructions have said.

Hey there,

 

I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue! I would love to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it. 

 

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

This was absolutely not helpful. We restarted it prior to receiving this advice and the doorbell then would not turn on or light up. 
we have returned it and went with a different company.
