Nest hello peeling and damaged. I see tons of posts, all locked by mods, for this issue. None of them have links to support tickets or what folks can do. 1) Is there a way to get restitution for an obviously flawed design?
2) Can a mod reply to this ticket and lock support mechanisms for people to actually get help on this issue, when it gets locked?
