Nest Indoor Camera problem

Hi everyone, I have a problem with factory reset button as it seems it is broken and I can no longer do a factory reset. How do perform factory reset without that button?

Another problem that I have is that whenever I am trying to enter settings of my other (working) cams on iOS or in browser it just instantly boots me out of that page. Anything other then resetting those cameras to factory settings can help me?

Pardon me my poor phrasing, maybe someone can help me on that issues

Hey yevhenii_v,

 

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. What iOS version are you using when you try accessing the settings of your Nest camera devices? Try restarting your phone to see if that helps. You can follow this link on how to properly reset your Nest Cam Indoor.

Hey, yea problem is that I cannot factory reset camera, because my button to factory reset device seem to be broken. I am using iPhone 12 with latests updates.
