Nest Outdoor IQ stopped working , after just 5 days.
Received message in app , Camera offline.
On Camera green status light was OFF.
Router Reset : YES
Power Off / On : Yes
Hard Reset : Yes but NOT working since there no CHIME or what so ever.
Blue Ring : YES ( after power off/on , but disappears after 2 times )
Tried all solutions provided online.
The Blue Ring is only pulsing 2-3 times , and yes it means it should be ready to connect to the app, but it doesn't connect. Also if you push the reset button you should be hearing a chime, but also nothing happens here.
In the app i tried to connect with both options : By scanning te barcode and by doing it manual.
Barcode : It's stops with message " can not find the camera " error AC023 which is according to the manual a bluetooth problem. But it not since i bluetooth is working fine on both phone it tried, and because the hard reset on the camera does not do anything (chime) it must be something else.
I still suspect water is the issue as mentioned on the thread at Reddit where water ( even the camera is made for outdoor ) can enter the USB port causing a problem shutting down the USB port. Replacement of power cord helped for some but should be provided by google.
